Cows are large, gentle farm animals that give us milk and help make foods like cheese, butter, and ice cream. They live in herds and spend most of their day munching on grass. Most cows are calm around people, but always move slowly near them and stay away from bulls and mother cows protecting newborn calves, since they can kick hard if they feel scared.
Cows have best friends, and scientists have discovered they become genuinely stressed and anxious when separated from their closest companion in the herd.
This one is genuinely harmless to people. Still look with your eyes and let it go about its day.
