## What you should know

Venomous, but she only stings to defend the hive, and she dies when she does it. Bees pollinate the food we eat, so they are friends worth protecting.

One worker bee makes about a twelfth of a teaspoon of honey in her entire life. Your toast is a group project.

## Staying safe around it

This one is venomous, which means it can put venom into you with a bite or a sting. Never touch it, and never try to move it yourself.
